Projects That Prove It

Every project is a promise. Here's how we kept ours.

Case Study #1, Electro Medical Systems (EMS)

Sector: Medical / Healthcare Facilities
Location: Southlake, TX
Scope: 10,000 SF

Electro Medical Systems needed a 10,000 SF medical facility built out in Southlake, and it came with one of the most technically demanding elements in commercial construction: a full medical gas installation. Medical gas systems (oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, and air lines) require strict code compliance, specialized licensed contractors, and precise coordination. A single error isn't a punchlist item, it's a health and safety failure.

The Solution

Timely Construction brought in certified medical gas contractors early in the planning phase, not as an afterthought. We mapped the full installation against code requirements before a single wall went up, coordinating sequencing between the medical gas work, mechanical, electrical, and finish trades so nothing had to be torn out and redone. On-site supervision was consistent throughout.

The Result

A fully compliant 10,000 SF medical facility, delivered with zero rework on the medical gas installation, one of the most complex and unforgiving scopes in the build.

What this shows: Medical and specialty builds require a contractor who plans ahead, not one who figures it out on the fly. If your project has a technical element that other contractors shy away from, that's exactly where Timely is built to work.

Case Study 2, Massage Envy

Sector: Wellness / Franchise Remodels
Locations: Statewide, Texas
Scope: 3,200 SF full remodels · One week per location

The Challenge

Massage Envy locations across Texas needed full 3,200 SF remodels, and the clock was everything. These are operating businesses. Every day closed is revenue lost and clients turned away. The mandate was clear: complete a full remodel at each location in one week, maintain brand consistency across every site, and hand the keys back ready to open Monday morning.

The Solution

Timely Construction built a remodel playbook specifically for this program. Before each location started, the full scope was pre-planned: materials pre-ordered, subcontractors pre-scheduled, and sequencing locked in so every trade hit the floor in the right order without overlap or downtime. Demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, all compressed into a seven-day window, executed with the kind of precision that only comes from having done it before.

The Result

Full 3,200 SF remodels completed in one week per location, across multiple Texas sites, on brand, on schedule, and ready to reopen.

What this shows: If your business can't afford to be closed, you need a contractor who treats your timeline like it's their own business on the line. That's how Timely operates.

Case Study 3, We Whiten

Sector: Cosmetic Retail / Franchise Expansion
Locations: Southlake · Fort Worth · Austin · Houston · San Antonio, TX
Scope: 1,700 SF per location

The Challenge

We Whiten, a fast-growing cosmetic teeth whitening brand, needed to expand across five Texas markets simultaneously. Each 1,700 SF location had to match the brand's polished, high-end aesthetic while hitting tight opening deadlines tied to lease commitments and franchise launch dates. There was no flexibility on timing, and no room for inconsistency between markets.

The Solution

Timely Construction developed a repeatable build-out process across all five locations, standardizing materials, finishes, and timelines so each market could move in parallel without sacrificing quality. We managed local permitting in each city, coordinated market-specific subcontractors, and maintained a single point of contact for the We Whiten team across all locations.

The Result

Five locations. Five markets. All delivered on time.

Each 1,700 SF space opened on schedule, ready for business, built to brand, and consistent from Southlake to San Antonio.

What this shows: Multi-market rollouts are a different kind of challenge. Logistics, coordination, local regulations, it all multiplies. Timely has the systems to handle it without the chaos showing up on your end.
